Yoga and Meditation techniques have been integrated by humans since the beginning of time. Yoga is a Sanskirt word that can be translated to unite, to connect ones conciousness to the universal conscious to be one with all.
There are many forms of this and we specialze in Hatha yoga a branch of yoga that emphasizes physical exercises to master the body along with mind exercises to withdraw it from external objects.
We also offer meditation techniques including Kapalabhati breathing, alternative nostril breathing, sing/chanting meditation, sound healing, and walking meditation. All of the techniques that we practice are essential all leading us back to Thy Nature our own inner knowing.
